Onsite Program Management (Oracle EBS)
• Overall, 18 to 20+ years of Total IT experience & 7+ years of Oracle EBS Project/Program management
• Experience managing large transformation projects that involves - migrating from Non-Oracle ERP to Oracle R12 EBS
• Worked as Techno-Functional consultant in Oracle R12 EBS
• Identifying potential risks to current and future projects, and work in collaboration with ASDM, Account manager and Customer leadership teams
• Able to drive through weekly status report and meetings with customer stakeholders on the Program/Projects delivery Status
• Coordinate/Communicate with Internal teams to ensure project quality metrics are tracked & reported
• Resource management including PMs and resources
• Work with PMO & Competency teams in planning on resource allocations & releases
• Work with Recruitment teams in planning on new resources hiring and onboarding
